Kayle serves as the Director of Operations. She joined SiX in May 2020 as the Senior Executive Assistant to the Co-Executive Directors and transitioned to the Operations Team, as the Senior Associate of Operations, in 2022. She has over a decade of experience in non-profit operations. Prior to joining SiX, Kayle served as the Operations Manager for the Women’s Rights and Empowerment Network, a policy and advocacy organization in South Carolina, where she managed finance and human resources, developed internal systems and procedures, and provided executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. Kayle has a degree in English from the University of South Carolina. She is based in Columbia, SC.
