Rubén Lebrón is a democracy reform expert with over a decade of experience building winning coalitions to advance Americans’ freedom to vote. He is driven by a desire to see greater representation across governments, boardrooms, and nonprofits. He is currently the Senior Director of Democracy at the State Innovation Exchange. Previously, he served as Building Back Together’s Voting Rights Director, where he pioneered the Language Justice Committee to make sure every voter in the country has access to election information and materials in the language they understand. Before this, he worked as Political Director for Alianza for Progress and Arizona State Director for the Pete Buttigieg presidential campaign. He is a proud alum of The Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University.
