LANSING, Mich. — The State Innovation Exchange (SiX) will host a telephone town hall with Michigan Representatives Winnie Brinks, D-Grand Rapids, Jon Hoadley, D-Kalamazoo and Emily Schwarzkopf, health policy expert with the Michigan League for Public Policy on Wednesday, June 13, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET. Following major changes to Medicaid last week that could deprive thousands of citizens access to health care, the legislators will discuss how they are working to protect coverage and lower costs including for prescription drugs.
