Welcome to the State Innovation Exchange (SiX) website. By accessing the website at http://stateinnovation.org/, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

We may update and modify the Terms of Use for the SiX website occasionally, so please check this page from time to time for updates.

Website Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use for the SiX website. The Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information that we may collect and how that information is used, stored, and secured.

Rights and Reuse
All content presented on or through the State Innovation Exchange website is the property of SiX and its licensors or providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and related laws and regulations. Unless indicated on a specific webpage or document that text or content may not be copied or distributed, permission is granted to download, copy, and distribute all materials on SiX’s website for non-commercial use only. Other Distribution

State Innovation Exchange logos and other trademarks on the SiX website are trademarks of the State Innovation Exchange, except where explicitly stated that a trademark appearing on the SiX website is the trademark of a third party or where it is evident from the context that it is the trademark of a third party, e.g. names or logos of partner organizations or highlighted groups appearing on the SiX website.

You may not use the State Innovation Exchange logos or trademarks for any content, product, or service that is the property of SiX, nor may you use SiX logos or trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion as to whether SiX is the source of any content, product, or service or affiliated with, a sponsor of, or endorser of any content, product, service, or organization. Additionally, you may not use any SiX logo or trademark in a manner that unlawfully discredits or disparages SiX.

You may use a third-party logo or trademark appearing on the SiX website only where, and in the manner which, it is explicitly stated on the webpage on which the third-party logo or trademark appears that such use is permitted.

Links to Third-Party Websites
The State Innovation Exchange website contains links to other websites not owned or controlled by SiX. These links are provided to you for convenience and because we believe the linked content may be useful or of interest to you. However, we are not responsible or liable for these websites or the content, advertising, or products they contain.

Disclaimers and Limitations
The State Innovation Exchange website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties – expressed, implied, or statutorily ­­– and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties.

Although we attempt to ensure that all content on the SiX website is complete and correct, it is possible that inaccuracies exist. Therefore, we do not guarantee that all content is complete and correct. We may make changes to the materials contained on the SiX website at any time without notice. However, we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

SiX, its directors, officers, employees, and consultants are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from a claim, loss, and injury resulting from your use of the SiX website or your breach of any term of this agreement, or based on errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies on the SiX website or in any content contained on the SiX website.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiX, its directors, officers, employees, and consultants against and from all claims, damages, losses, costs and fees, and other expenses arising from or out of: (A) any claim that any document, material, or content you submit to us to house on the SiX website infringes or otherwise violates copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or other rights of a third party; (B) your activities in connection with the SiX website; or (C) any violation by you of the terms of this user agreement.

Termination
Your rights under this agreement shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SiX at any time. The Disclaimers and Limitations, Indemnification, and Governing Law sections of this agreement shall survive any such termination.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the state of Wisconsin and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
