WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following yesterday’s powerful testimony from Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and with action by the U.S. Senate on the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court imminent, the State Innovation Exchange (SiX), issued the following statement:
“We believe survivors, stand with Dr. Ford, and join millions of Americans in opposing the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court,” said the Hon. Jessie Ulibarri, SiX Executive Director. “We stand by the 314 state legislators from 45 states who have signed onto an open letter opposing Kavanaugh’s nomination.”
