Kayle serves as the Senior Director of People, Culture & Operations. She brings over a decade of experience in helping organizations build strong internal foundations, including human resources, operations and culture, that align with strategic goals and support an equitable and inclusive workplace. Prior to joining SiX, Kayle served as the Operations Manager for the Women’s Rights and Empowerment Network, a policy and advocacy organization in South Carolina, where she managed operations, finance and human resources. She holds a Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society of Human Resources (SHRM -SCP). Kayle is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she studied English, Language and Literature. She is a native South Carolinian, based in Columbia, SC.
