As Senior Development Assistant at the State Innovation Exchange (SiX), Alexis Paulin-Edwards serves as the operational anchor for the Development program, managing scheduling and project infrastructure, providing executive support to the Senior Vice President of Development, overseeing donor data integrity through CRM systems, and supporting grants, reporting, prospect research, and gift acknowledgement to advance SiX's fundraising efforts. Previously, she was National Network Coordinator at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors' Partnership for the Future of Learning, where she supported administrative, fundraising, and operations infrastructure for a national network advancing education, racial, economic, and youth justice, and before that served as Government and Community Relations Coordinator at Prospect Park Alliance in New York City, acting as a key liaison between senior leadership, community organizations, city agencies, and elected officials. Alexis also volunteers as New York Field Director for the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, leading statewide outreach and educator engagement to expand scholarship access for students.
