Andriana Paxinos is a first-generation American born to immigrant Cypriot parents and based in New York. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in European Studies from Rutgers University and a Master’s Degree in International Relations with a specialization in International Studies from Leiden University.
Andriana began her career in government relations as an Advisor at the Permanent Mission of Cyprus to the United Nations, where she focused on international diplomacy and multilateral engagement. She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, bringing her strategic mindset to fundraising and development roles. At NY Common Pantry, she led the individual giving and family foundation strategy, managing a robust portfolio of over 100 donors. Most recently, she served as Donor Organizing Officer at the Youth Engagement Fund, where she was responsible for building and sustaining institutional and individual funder relationships through prospecting, cultivation, and donor organizing to drive greater philanthropic investment in youth civic engagement.
With a passion for mission-driven work and a deep understanding of both international affairs and philanthropy, Andriana brings a thoughtful, strategic, and relational approach to resource development and advocacy.
