Jennifer Driver

Senior Director, Reproductive Freedom & Health Equity

Jennifer Driver is a nationally recognized leader in reproductive health, rights, and justice with nearly 15 years of policy and advocacy experience. She oversees the Reproductive Freedom and Health Equity team at the State Innovation Exchange (SiX), where she leads state-based strategy to advance reproductive freedom, health equity, and democratic participation nationwide.

Jennifer’s work extends beyond U.S. borders through comparative analysis of reproductive health laws and movements across the United States and Latin America. Drawing on this cross-regional perspective, she identifies shared challenges and innovative solutions that strengthen advocacy strategies and bring a global lens to U.S. debates on reproductive rights.

Previously, Jennifer served as Vice President of Policy and Strategic Partnerships at SIECUS and held leadership roles at Welcoming America, Power to Decide, and GCAPP, where her work spanned immigration, racial equity, education, health, and reproductive justice. Her work has been featured in The Washington Post, Vogue, The New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, and other national outlets. She serves on the boards of Resound Research for Reproductive Health, Advocates for Youth, and the Center on Reproductive Rights and Justice at UC Berkeley School of Law.
