Tanya Bowers-Dean brings decades of experience as an administrative professional to her role as Senior Executive and Operations Associate, where she supports the executive office and the Operations team. She began her career at the White House during the first Clinton Administration, working in the Office of Scheduling & Advance and later as Assistant to the Senior Advisor for Domestic Policy in the Office of National HIV/AIDS Policy, before spending many years in the technology industry, most recently at Manhattan Associates, a global provider of supply chain technology, where she founded and led the Pride Alliance, the company’s first Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ+ employees. Tanya earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Africana Studies from Bryn Mawr College, has served as a speaker with SpeakOUT Georgia and on the Board of the Attachment & Trauma Network, and helped found the Cobb County Chapter of Family Promise, a shelter-to-permanent-housing program for families with children.
